Cancellation Policy

Collection Instructions Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or SMS with full instructions and access details. If you're unsure or get lost, feel free to call 081 398 9981. Please ensure you have settled the balance in order for you to receive the access code. Please take note of the following: Timeliness Orders are packed 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you anticipate any delays, kindly inform us as soon as possible to avoid complications. Complex Entry & Parking On the day, you'll receive an access code via SMS and/or email. Please park in the visitors’ parking as indicated by the GPS location pin. Lerato will bring your order down to your car. Transporting the Cake Ensure there is sufficient flat space in your vehicle for safe transport. Cakes and treats must not be placed on car seats. Ideal placements include: The floor of the front or back seat The boot of the vehicle Please avoid slanted surfaces to prevent damage during transit. Weather Considerations If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for your cake or treats. Please travel with the air conditioning on the coldest setting—especially on warm days or if you're driving a long distance. ✅ Important: Please ensure you read the full collection document sent via email ahead of your pickup.
