Cancellation Policy
Baked KaLerato uses a third-party courier service for custom cake deliveries. Please settle your balance to release your order. Kindly note, if the balance is not settled in due time (1 day before delivery), the delivery will be rescheduled. No payment, no order. 1. On the day of the delivery, the delivery company will send an email or more information regarding the status of your delivery. Should you not hear anything on the day, please contact them at support@delicatecourier.co.za or +27 78 574 6727 2. Delivery is scheduled within a four-hour time window. For example, if delivery is selected for 10:00, it may take place at any time between 09:30and 12:30. In case there is a delay. However, the courier service. will always try their best to meet your delivery time. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during this period. Deliveries cannot be rescheduled, and neither Baked KaLerato nor the delivery company will be held responsible for issues arising from inadequate client planning. 3. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an incorrect address is supplied, a redelivery may be requested at an additional cost. 4. Should an order be returned to Baked KaLerato’s premises due to client unavailability or an incorrect address, any resulting heat-related damage will not be repaired or rectified. 5.
