Minimalistic Raspberry Cake

Collection Schedule: The collection window begins at 10:00 unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon. Baked KaLerato's operating hours conclude at 18:00. In the event of non-collection by 18:30, clients may collect their order the following day from 10:00, excluding Saturdays. If not collected by Saturday, the collection will be rescheduled for Tuesday. Failure to collect the order within 3 days will result in a donation to charity, with no refund issued.

Flavour and Design Assurance: Clients are strongly advised to finalise their flavour and design choices. Once the baking process commences, alterations to the order are not feasible. In the event of an incorrect flavour baked by Baked KaLerato, clients are entitled to a partial refund equivalent to 15% of the cake's cost.

Post-Collection Responsibility: Responsibility for any damage incurred after the collection of cakes or cupcakes rests with the client. A comprehensive PDF document containing care instructions will be provided to ensure proper handling of the order.

This cake cannot travel more than 1 hour during summer. We will not be held liable for any damage thereafter.
